The Kasych Family Pavilion

Project: LVHN The Kasych Family Pavilion
Project Information: Opened in January 2008, the Kasych Family Pavilion was built at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA., with their patients' health care needs in mind. Private Rooms provide a quieter, more peaceful time in the hospital. The 18-bed Regional Burn Center on the third floor was expanded to provide more available beds for patients with burn injuries. The state-of-the-art Heart Care unit provides care to patients recovering from heart surgery. The Intensive and Medical Care Units both provide more beds as well as leading edge medical equipment. Finally, eight classroom and education spaces on the first floor hosts hundreds of classes, lectures and workshops offering to help patients to learn how to improve their health.
